On your mark, get set, GO!

We are off to a great start this year learning about art, talking about art and creating art.  Check out what we have been up to!

Students shared their thoughts about art on our "What is Art?" Board.

Each class had the opportunity to contribute to our Art Puzzle by creating a puzzle piece.  We had a great time working together on our first art project.

Currently our 4th graders are working on Notan Collages.  Using cut paper, they are applying art elements and principles.  We focused on using organic shape to create an equal positive/negative space balance.
